Can’t see this clearly from your chart – I looked at the chart in Stockcharts and the $10 zone appears to be an area where a few pitched battles / consolidations have been happening since Jul 09. Before that, $10.50 zone also appears to be an area where some tussles have happened (can spot a few Chikou peaks dotting the 10.50 +/- areas).
