TLT : How would you trade it?

This is TLT; Barclay’s 20 year bond index

Will you short, or long?

The chart seems to suggest ‘exhaustion’ with price level gapping up and down over the past 1 month.

It is currently trading closer to the support level for the gap. And I think it can easily just drop below the support and crashed down.
